The meeting focused on educational opportunities for Ukrainian pupils residing in Lithuania, prospects for joint events, and future possibilities for collaboration. Particular attention was given to strengthening access to higher education for Ukrainian students.
The participants discussed the importance of enhancing synergy between academic studies and labour market opportunities. Emphasis was placed on developing clear career-building pathways through closer interaction with representatives of various professions, as well as encouraging participation in school outreach and visiting projects. The parties agreed to support initiatives that foster practical engagement and professional orientation for young people. Several initiatives such the Global Coalition of Ukrainian Studies were also discussed
During the meeting, strong emphasis was placed on the shared commitment to ensuring quality education and professional development opportunities for Ukrainian youth in Lithuania.
The parties expressed their readiness to continue dialogue and deepen cooperation.
