The project OPPORTUNITY aims to support the social and economic integration of self-employed Ukrainian refugees in Poland and Germany by adapting the SIM Opportunity Self-Employment model to their needs. Through research, capacity-building, and cooperation with Business Development Service providers, the initiative seeks to strengthen tailored support systems, improve refugee self-employment opportunities, and foster long-term social inclusion and cohesion.The project is coordinated by IRC Poland and implemented in partnership with the Microfinance Center (Poland), IRC Germany, Perspektive neuStart (Germany), and the European Humanities University (Lithuania).
