Academic Degree: Bachelor of Law

Language of Instruction: Studies begin in Russian with intensive English learning and a gradual transition to English-taught courses. Additionally, students will study Lithuanian, expanding their career and academic opportunities in EU countries.

Liliana Tymchenko


Liliana Tymchenko is an international law scholar with over 30 years of teaching experience. Her research explores state recognition, human rights, and decolonization, with a particular focus on the existential foundations of state-building and the identity of both the individual and the state. She has served as an expert to the Legal Reform Commission under the President of Ukraine and the Scientific Advisory Council of the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine, and is an alumna of programs of the American Bar Association, IREX, the Coimbra Group, the Civic Education Project, and Bard College.

Pavel Jacunskij


Pavel Jacunskij has been teaching an EU Competition Law course at EHU since 2019. Pavel is currently an Attorney at Law with over 13 years of experience in competition and State aid law. Prior to joining the law firm, he held senior leadership positions at the Lithuanian Competition Authority.

Lecturer, Personal Data Protection in EU

Andrei Belakhvost


Over 10 years of legal practice, including as an advocate. Lecturer of the course "Fundamentals of Personal Data Protection in the EU" and webinars on personal data protection. Master of Laws (International and EU Law) from EHU (Vilnius), Master of Laws from the Academy of Public Administration (Minsk). Practicing lawyer in the EU, one of his areas of work is organizing and maintaining personal data protection in companies.
