Bachelor

EHU is not just a university—it’s a space for ideas, experiments, and professional growth.

EHU offers undergraduate students two study formats, tailored to different lifestyles:

  • High residence (Full-time) — full immersion in the university environment and studies in Vilnius.
  • Low residence (Part-time session-based) — distance learning with regular online contact sessions, interaction with professors, and peer engagement.

Additionally, students can join online courses, workshops, and activities to expand their knowledge without earning a degree.

How does the learning process work?

  • Flexible formats — full-time studies in Vilnius or a part-time session-based format with distance learning and on-site sessions.
  • Smooth language adaptation — programs start in Russian and Belarusian, gradually increasing the number of courses in English, with opportunities to study German, French, and Lithuanian.
  • Individual educational trajectory — students can choose additional courses, including programs within academic exchange networks (Erasmus+ and OSUN).
  • Space for growth — students develop research and professional skills, work on their own projects, and participate in international activities.

How to earn a bachelor’s degree?

To successfully complete the program, students must:

  • Earn 240 ECTS credits.
  • Defend a bachelor’s thesis or project.
  • Complete required and elective courses, forming their own educational path.

Who chooses to study for a bachelor’s degree at EHU?

  • Those who seek to study in an environment of academic freedom and democratic values.
  • Those who want a broad Liberal Arts education that opens up diverse career opportunities.
  • Those interested in global trends and looking to find their place in the modern world.
  • Those who want to acquire in-demand international skills and successfully compete in the job market.
