The Center coordinates the processes of strategic planning, communication, marketing and project activities of the university, contributing to the sustainable development of the university and the implementation of institutional goals. The Center’s activities include coordinating the preparation of strategic documents and activity plans, monitoring their implementation and analyzing performance results. Institutional and specialized reports are also prepared.
An important area of activity of the Center is the formation of the university’s communication and public image. The Center organizes internal and external communication, coordinates the dissemination of information about the university’s activities, initiatives and achievements, maintains relations with the media and ensures consistent positioning of the university in the public space. It also participates in the implementation of the marketing strategy, organizing advertising campaigns, marketing research and student attraction activities.
