Special Tuition Payment Arrangements for Applicants from Ukraine
The European Humanities University continues to support applicants from Ukraine by offering the possibility of an individual review of tuition payment arrangements.
Special tuition payment arrangements may be available for applicants from Ukraine. Each request is considered individually, taking into account the applicant’s personal circumstances and the information provided. This approach enables the University to offer the most appropriate payment terms within its existing policies and available resources.
As an exception, special tuition payment arrangements have been introduced for students from Ukraine admitted in 2026 for their first semester of study.
Students admitted in 2026 may pay their first-semester tuition fees by 5 October 2026.
In exceptional cases, the University may also grant additional individual payment arrangements.
- A tuition payment deferral may be granted upon the student’s request. The application must specify the reason for the request, the amount of the tuition fee, and the date until which the deferral is requested. A payment deferral may be granted for a maximum period of one month (i.e. until 5 November 2026 for the 2026 academic year).
- A tuition payment instalment plan may also be granted upon the student’s request. The application should include the reason for the request, the amount to be paid, and the proposed payment schedule. As an exception, students from Ukraine admitted in 2026 may be granted an instalment plan without the usual requirement to make an initial payment of 50% of the tuition fee. This means that the full tuition fee for the semester may be divided into several instalments and paid according to a schedule agreed upon with the University.
Detailed information on how to apply for a tuition payment deferral or an instalment plan after enrolment is available here.
