Transfer of students

Sometimes students realize that studying at their current university no longer inspires them, fails to meet expectations, imposes strict limitations, or does not provide a sufficient level of knowledge.

Good news: you can always transfer to another university! If you are considering transferring to the European Humanities University and want to study at a modern institution that values critical thinking and a personalized approach, we will guide you through the main steps.

Usually, all you need for a transfer is your desire, some patience while gathering documents, and a bit of time to complete the application process.

Who can transfer?

šŸ“Œ EHU accepts students with incomplete higher education into its Bachelor’s programs in both full-time and part-time (session-based) formats.

ā³ Application deadlines

Applications are accepted year-round and can be submitted at any time. However, to enroll in the upcoming semester, you must apply no later than 30 days before it starts:
šŸ“… Fall semester — starts October 1
šŸ“… Spring semester — starts March 1

How to apply for a transfer?

1ļøāƒ£ Download the transfer application template.
2ļøāƒ£ Complete it and save it in MS Word (.docx) format. If you already have supporting documents, add them to the same file.
3ļøāƒ£ Fill out the online form and attach your prepared application.
4ļøāƒ£ Wait for the result — the university will review your application within 15 calendar days and notify you of the decision.
