Career Center staff can discuss a wide range of career-related topics with students, including:
- searching for internships and jobs related to their field of study;
- preparing for job interviews;
- writing a CV and cover letter;
- preparing a professional portfolio;
- other aspects of employment and career development.
Consultations are held online on Fridays and require advance registration through the registration form.
Students who have additional questions or would like to arrange a different consultation time may contact the Career Center at careercenter@ehu.lt.
Job and Internship Opportunities from EHU Partners
Students can conveniently explore current job and internship opportunities offered by EHU partners through the EHU Career Center Telegram channel.
The channel regularly publishes vacancies that correspond to EHU study fields and programmes.
Access to the channel is granted individually by the administrator. When submitting a request to join, students should provide the administrator with their full name in Latin characters and the name of their study programme.
Internships and Work Placements
EHU students acquire a balanced combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills that meet both current professional needs and academic standards. This makes them highly employable, adaptable and capable young professionals.
EHU offers internships and work placements connected to the University’s study fields and institutional mission.
Companies working in areas such as law, journalism, project and arts management, public policy, design and related fields are welcome to cooperate with EHU by offering students short-term professional placements and internships.
Companies employing EHU students or offering them internships gain creative professionals who are prepared for the European labour market and capable of solving non-standard problems.
At the same time, students gain valuable professional experience and practical competencies that can only be developed in a real working environment.
Career Center Events
EHU’s international reputation and long-standing cooperation with leading professionals from international and local professional communities, as well as experts in art, cultural heritage, human rights and journalism, help students establish and develop social and professional connections while they are still studying.
The Career Center supports students in entrepreneurship and employment, organises lectures and networking events, and delivers workshops on successful job interviews and the development of soft skills.
