For incoming students

Dear Erasmus student, we are pleased that you have chosen your study period abroad at European Humanities University!

Welcome to the European Humanities University (EHU) in Vilnius, Lithuania. This section is for students coming to EHU for an Erasmus+ or bilateral academic exchange.

Start here for nomination, application deadlines and required documents. Use the pages below to choose courses, prepare for arrival, organise your stay and complete your exchange.

Your main contact is the Student Service and International Mobility Unit: international@ehu.lt. Throughout this section, we refer to it as the Mobility Unit.

For full-degree admission enquiries, visit Admissions. The exchange procedures below apply to students nominated by a partner university.

Nomination and application

Your home university must first nominate you under an applicable exchange agreement with EHU. Its international office submits the nomination directly to EHU using the procedure provided to partner institutions. Students cannot nominate themselves. Coordinators who need the nomination form should contact international@ehu.lt.

After your nomination is confirmed, EHU sends you application instructions and forms. EHU then reviews your documents and proposed study programme. Nomination does not guarantee admission. You will receive a Letter of Acceptance once your application has been approved.
