Green travel means travelling to and from the destination using low-emission means of transport, such as a bus, train or car shared with other mobility participants.
Participants choosing green travel must notify the Student Service and International Mobility Unit in advance and submit supporting documents when reporting on their visit:
- bus or train tickets;
- a fuel receipt;
- a copy of the vehicle documents.
A Declaration on Honour (Sąžiningumo deklaracija) is signed together with the Grant Agreement.
Advance payment and reporting:
- An advance payment of 80% of the total mobility grant is paid within 30 days of signing the Grant Agreement, provided that the staff member submitted the business trip application and the Mobility Agreement for Teaching at least 30 days before the planned visit.
- Upon returning from the visit, the staff member must submit all required documents (see the section “Reporting After Teaching Mobility”).
- The remaining 20% is paid no later than 45 days after submission of the final report.
Within five days of completing your visit, you must:
- Send a Confirmation of Participation to international@ehu.lt, signed by an authorised representative of the host higher education institution. The confirmation must specify:
- the dates of the teaching visit, excluding travel days;
- the number of teaching hours;
- that the visit took place under the Erasmus+ programme.
- Complete the teaching mobility report (we will email you the report form).
- Submit travel documents if you used green travel (bus or train tickets, etc.).
The remaining 20% of the mobility grant will be paid only after all reporting requirements have been met.
