- The student is responsible for paying PSD (Privalomasis sveikatos draudimas – Compulsory Health Insurance) contributions.
- Without an active PSD, public healthcare services are not available.
Rights (with an active PSD):
- The same healthcare rights as Lithuanian citizens, including:
- Access to a family doctor (GP)
- Treatment in public hospitals
