* First-year students may apply for an incentive scholarship after completing their first (fall) semester.
** According to clause 3.4 of the Regulations on Social Scholarships (Appendix 12 to the Basic Financial Rules), the Rector of EHU may grant financial aid to students in exceptional cases.
